Like most higher-end models it is the little things that set this one apart. The Troy-Bilt Storm 3090 XP has heated handgrips for those cold winter days, and an electric push-button starter so you don’t waste time trying to get your engine started. Power steering and a joystick adjustment for the chute helps you quickly maneuver around your yard, so you spend less time huffing and puffing around corners, or stopping to change the chute angle.

So with all these great features what could possibly be wrong with this machine? A few minor issues stick out. For one, the large engine means more bulk and weight. This model is not going to store away in a handy corner, so if you don’t have somewhere to store it you may be in for a hindrance. Also, even though it is self-driven you will still have to use a fair amount of muscle to move it in and around tight spots. This machine should only be considered if you need all the power, otherwise it will be overkill.

Overall this is a fantastic machine for the price that will ensure you never have to spend hours clearing your drive, or get bogged down by heavy snow.
