• Fast Start Guide Problem (Form 778-12283B)

  Item #5 on the guide says "pour the entire contents of the oil bottle (included in carton) into the oil fill". The included bottle is 20 ounces of oil, and I poured it into the engine. When full, the engine appears to hold about 14 ounces so when I removed the oil fill plug/level indicator, the extra 6 ounces ran out on the floor. (The store manager at the local Lowe's had the same result with a floor model when I went there to ask them about this.) I then spent 30+ minutes trying to explain this to 1-888-TO-HELP-U and not sure I did--
