    Buying this snowblower got us THE single
    WORST piece of equipment of any kind that we have ever owned. Their made in China carburetors were defective all over America, I understand. The only good thing is that our dealer is absolutely the best and has put on a new carburetor and parts among the many things it has needed. The first time this winter it would not start and now that it is back it has yet another gas leak. Toro tried to cover this up by changing the model number from 421 to 621. We have finally had enough and the dealer is working out a price for us to get a new 621. I do like the features like electric start, but the 421 is pure crap. And, Toro has been NO help and shows NO concern. Do not buy a 421, no, don't even take one if someone wants to give you one.

    What a Mother to get started, but once going will clear most every Dust of Snow in it's way!
