Don't bother with a Craftsman
By Rhonda Beaulieu(Owner), Apr. 20, 2013How can this get get a 5 star rating with 0 reviews written? My experience is do your research and buy something else. Bought this machine as I get tons of snow and read all about the craftsman reliability. Have had 2 auger belts replaced for a total of 6 snowfalls. Sears basically telling me to buy more warranty. I say fix the auger assembly or use a decent belt. No reliability with this machine. Runs great-when it's functional. Had a Cub Cadet for 11 years and had no problems. Won't ever buy anything craftsman or sears again. Customer Service great if all you want is "We apologize"-my suggestion is go to a local dealer and not this retailer.
