not good craftmanship
By caroline martel(Owner), Feb. 16, 2011who ever thought of putting hard plastic on the chut discharge wasn't thinking very clearly. I got to use my snowblower 3 times when it broke. I called and they we're going to send a repairman out, but he said the part was on back order. I waited two weeks without hearing a word from them so I called them back. The repairman said the part had over 234 back orders and he had no idea when it might come in. I might be only a woman and not machanically inclined but I don't think you have to be a rocket scientist to know that plastic on something that would be subject to freezing weather and hard projectiles being thrown against it would breck."RIGHT".
